The Bulldogs had all cylinders firing on offense on Wednesday, winning big over Timberlane 13-1. They started the scoring in the first inning, when T.J. O’Connell tripled on a 1-1 count, scoring two runs. Bedford scored five runs in the seventh inning. Bulldog batters contributing to the big inning included Colin Chandonnet, Ethan Larochelle, Maggie Foxx, and Maddox Muir, who all drove runs in in the inning.
Ryan Juliano earned the victory on the pitcher’s mound for the Bulldogs. Juliano allowed four hits and one run over six innings, striking out seven and walking one. Nolan Arnold threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
Bedford Bulldogs Varsity had 13 hits in the game. Patrick Foulis, Larochelle, and J.J. Crespo each racked up multiple hits for Bedford Bulldogs Varsity. Crespo, Larochelle, and Foulis all had two hits to lead Bedford Bulldogs Varsity.
